This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the request form on veda.ink, and how cookies are used on this site.
Request form
When you send a request, your name, email, phone number (if given), Instagram handle (if given), message and any reference photos you attach are stored securely and used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your tattoo appointment. Reference photos are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. This data is not sold or shared with third parties, other than the email/notification providers used to deliver the enquiry.
Cookies & analytics
With your consent (via the cookie banner), this site may load Google Analytics, Google Ads and/or Meta Pixel to measure how visitors reach the site and which enquiries come from advertising. These tools may set cookies and share limited data with Google and Meta. You can decline this at any time from the cookie banner; declining does not affect your ability to send a request.
Your rights
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by emailing veda.ink@gmail.com.
